Scotch Julep

6-8 mint leaves
3/4 oz. Drambuie
1 1/2 oz. scotch
Mint sprigs

Muddle mint leaves, Drambuie, and a little water together in a chilled double Old Fashioned glass. Fill with finely crushed ice and add scotch. Muddle again and add more scotch and more ice if you wish. Garnish with mint sprig.
