Mint Julep Lemonade

3 oz. Bourbon
6 Fresh mint leaves
1 tsp. superfine sugar
1 oz. Lemon juice
Lemon wedge

Muddle mint leaves with superfine sugar and a little water in a highball glass. Mix bourbon and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. And strain the mixture into a highball glass on top of muddled leaves and sugar. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve with a straw.
