Dark & Stormy
Legend has it this drink originated one hundred years ago when Bermuda’s Royal Naval Officers added spiked their spicy homemade ginger beer with local rum.
2 oz. dark rum
1/2 oz. lime juice
3 oz. chilled ginger beer
1 candied ginger slice and one lime slice for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum and lime juice and shake well.
Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Stir in the ginger beer and garnish with
the skewered candied ginger and lime wheel.
