Bittered Gin Sling
1 ½ oz Citadelle Gin
¾ oz Sweet vermouth or sherry
½ oz Lemon juice
½ oz Simple syrup
A dash or two of Angostura bitters
Soda water
Shake all but the fizzy water with ice
Strain into a tumbler or highball glass over ice,
and top with soda
Garnish with lemon peel
