Jamaican Rum Punch

2 oz. Rum-Bar Silver
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz grenadine syrup
.75 oz. fresh pineapple juice
.75 oz. fresh orange juice
Pinch freshly grated nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously, then double strain into a rocks glass over ice.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge

Slo Down Send Nudes Rosé
Sonoma, California

This debut vintage of rosé from Slo Down Wines is bound to get you back in your birthday suit! Made from 100% free-run juice of Sonoma Coast pinot noir, Send Nudes is a prepossessing pale pink sherbet. This rose bursts at the seams with ripe peach, fresh-cut watermelon, crushed ginger and white grapefruit. It’ll remind you that showing skin is always in.

Banshee Mordecai Red

Tasting Notes: The very rough and unscientific formula is this: about a third Bordeaux varieties, about a third Rhône varieties, and about a third other varieties dominated by Zinfandel with a bit of this or that peppered in. An organic Carignan vineyard in Redwood Valley continues to expand its influence in Mordecai, acting as a bridge between the Rhône and Bordeaux lots.

Vineyard Notes: Anderson Valley, Sonoma County, Napa Valley, Mendocino County.

30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Zinfandel, 15% Malbec, 20% Petite Sirah, 5% Merlot, 5% Carignan, 5% Grenache

Hobo Wine Company is a family owned winery in Santa Rosa, California. The Hobo Wine Company is the brainchild of Kenny Likitprakong. Kenny grew up at the winery, Domain Saint George, where his father Somchai worked. Hobo began its operation in 2002.

Hobo Cabernet Sauvignon
Alexander Valley, California

Hobo Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is intended to be approachable, consumed relatively young, and a versatile food companion. Hobo is always after a more subtle, more restrained, almost lighter style of Cabernet Sauvignon than what may be typical in California these days, but also something that is bright and characteristic of the variety. Lean and a little rustic like a lot of French wine, but fruit forward like the best of California.

The grapes for this wine come about 65% from their own block in Mitch Patin’s Lloyd Vineyard on West Soda Rock Road planted in 1998 towards the southern end of Alexander Valley on the banks of the Russian River. The remaining 35% comes from a steep knoll called Trieb Vineyard in the more northern reaches of the Alexander Valley. The 2019 also has a small amount of Malbec from the J Rickards Vineyard in Cloverdale.

As always, this wine was produced more like a Pinot more than a Cab. Fermented in open-tops with native yeasts, punched down by hand, and racked to barrels before being aged in 2nd fill French oak barrels for 15 months.

Hobo Sonoma Co. Zinfandel
Sonoma County, California

Hobo blends together all of their Dry Creek Valley and Rockpile fruit to make one wine. 

The individual vineyards were fermented individually and blended at the first racking in February including about 8% Petite Sirah. The final blend was aged in a French oak foudre and a few Puncheons.

Folk Machine Pinot Noir
Central Coast, California

This Central Coast pinot noir is a blend of mission ranch (arroyo seco) and cedar lane (arroyo seco). as always, the wine is primarily pommard clone, but also 2a, and some dijon 115 and 777 for fruit and jamminess. the wine was aged in 2-6 year old French oak burgundy barrels. the various lots were harvested in the 22 brix range, and fermented whole berry. the primary fer- mentation was uninoculated and the malolactic fermentation was spontaneous. we did not rack, keeping the wine on the lees with occasional batonage until bottling to round out the mouthfeel.

Tasting Notes: Folk Machine Pinot Noir was very gently extracted during fermentation and pressed early to further minimize extraction leading to a quite pretty and standout vintage in my opinion. the wine is elegant and lean per normal, but quintessentially California pinot noir with ethereal fruit and spice I say the same thing every year, but always a go-to choice to serve with almost any food, fun to drink, and not budget busting. KL

Folk Machine Sauvignon Blanc
Potter Valley, California

Our first wine to be labeled "Made from Organic Grapes" and have the CCOF logo on it. This is years in the making and we are really proud to release this wine especially as it is also our 20th vintage. 
From the Sauvignon Musque clone, this SB is more tropical and full and less grassy that the average SB. 

Alexander Valley Rosé of Sangiovese
Sonoma County, California

Wine Tasting Notes: The Rosé is recognized by critics and wine lovers as one of the best in the country. This vintage is a deep pink color with an orange tinge. Aromas of guava, strawberry, watermelon, raspberry and mint explode out of the glass. The flavors of watermelon, strawberry, peach, berry and a hint of minerality keep you coming back for another sip. The is a medium bodied Rose with crisp acidity, a dry finish and a very long aftertaste. The vintage is sure to be a hit in warm weather!

Aphaea Cellar Master Red
Western Cape, South Africa

Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Pinotage, Tinta Barroca

Aphaea is a red blend of the finest in estate grapes, offering a smooth, rich taste profile that features ripe, dense blackberry, with notes of chocolate, rich raspberry and bursts of wild strawberry. Creamy, molten blueberry lingers on the nose harmoniously balancing the long-lasting finish with whispers of cedar spices and wild fruit.

This lush palate experience takes its name from Aphaea, a lone, majestic tree rooted in the heart of South Africa’s Western Cape. Overlooking a luscious green valley and nestled on the foot of a magnificent mountain range, the stately Aphaea symbolizes the history and grandeur that is deeply embedded in this area.

Ciena Rosé of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir
Western Cape, South Africa

Inspired by traditional bubbles and happiness, this elegant still wine combines early harvest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir into a harmonious blend of freshness and spicy tropical fruits. Aviatrix Grenache
Napa Valley, California

This beautiful Grenache comes from the foothills of California in El Dorado County. It is garnet in color with very enticing aromas of plums, dried herbs, earth, French Oak, and rose petals. Flavors mirror the aromatics in a wine that flows across the palate – lush, soft and juicy, with concentrated flavors of cherries and plums. Restrained tannins add structure and texture without heaviness. This reminds me of wines from the Rhone region of France. Very tasty & easy to love!

Aviatrix is a collaboration between La Sirena winemaker/owner Heidi Barrett and her two daughters, winemaker Chelsea Barrett, and sales/marketing director Remi Barrett. Aviatrix is dedicated to the intrepid women throughout the history of aviation, who surpass society's expectations and limitations to soar to new heights.

Bio Viognier
Thracian Valley, Bulgaria

Edoardo Miroglio winery is an impressive 220 hectares of vineyards in Elenovo, Bulgaria. The village of Elenovo is located in the region of Thrace, where the origins of winemaking date back to the cult of Dionysus. It is thought that some native varieties, such as Mavrud, were already grown on the hills of southern Bulgaria more than 5,000 years ago. Edoardo Miroglio became certified organic in 2013, and is considered to be one of the most modern wineries in the country.

Deschutes The Abyss Coconut

The Abyss Coconut is the classic Russian Imperial Stout this time brewed with roasted coconut, licorice, cherry bark and vanilla beans and aged for 11 months in Whiskey barrels. Similar in strength, it clocks in at 12% ABV but with a flavor profile including notes of toasted coconut, coffee, chocolate, and vanilla.

Boulevard Dream Vision

Spring is finally in full swing and summer is just around the corner. April showers are bringing May flowers while the nostalgic sounds of the ice cream truck are bouncing around neighborhood streets. Fortunately, you no longer have to chase down the ice cream truck for a cool summertime treat. Announcing Dream Vision, Boulevard's creamsicle-inspired orange vanilla ale.

Wildly refreshing, Dream Vision leads with bright citrus followed by round vanilla aromas. The tangy orange flavor adds a touch of tartness which is softened immediately by the flavors of creamy vanilla. The base beer uses a recipe very similar to our popular Unfiltered Wheat Beer, and a mind-bending combination of orange juice concentrate, mandarin orange, and vanilla flavors create a roundhouse kick of flavors to the palate.

After one sip of this creamsicle treat, you may have to pinch yourself to make sure you aren’t dreaming, only experiencing a true, Dream Vision. 5.7% ABV, 11 IBUs

Boulevard Rye on Rye ~ Summer seasonal back in stock

Why Rye? This assertively flavorful grain is more often associated with whiskey than with ales. Even in that arena, it has largely been eclipsed by corn and barley, the sources of bourbon and scotch. But when Boulevard procured some seasoned barrels from their friends at Templeton Rye, they asked themselves, “Why not?” Why not brew a rich, tawny rye ale, then mellow it in the warmth of charred oak rye whiskey casks? Two kinds of malted rye provide spicy sweetness, giving way to notes of vanilla, charred oak and the citrusy tang of Citra and Styrian Golding hops before easing into a dry, lingering finish.
Recommended Glassware: Tulip Glass 12% ABV, 33 IBUs

Dubuisson Surfine Ale

With the Surfine, Dubuisson is reviving a brand which originates from the rich history of Brasserie Dubuisson.

The beer is a traditional Saison and a typical regional product from the Province of Hainaut.
It is brewed with 3 kinds of malt, 3 varieties of quality Belgian hops and fermented with 3 types of yeast.

The Surfine is a golden blonde beer with 6.5% ABV. This refreshing beer has a surprisingly balanced, slightly bitter taste. The aromas are strikingly complex and fruity. Citrus is the predominant note but there are flowery touches, reinforced by impressions of herbs and pepper.

Oud Beersel Grand Cru

Tripel Ale blended with lambic. Brewed by Oud Beersel, Bersalis Sourblend Grand Cru is a strong, blonde Belgian beer, made by blending their Bersalis Tripel with Lambic. 8% ABV

Zachary Edwards Bourbon

Zachary Edwards ages their high-rye bourbon whiskey in new, charred, American Oak barrels. Aged six years, their high-rye bourbon strikes notes of smooth caramel, dark fruit, pepper, and a touch of vanilla. The bourbon flows from barrel to bottle, with no added flavors or colorings.

Four Square Sovereignty Exceptional Rum

Foursquare Rum Distillery is located on a former sugar plantation that dates back to approximately 1720, within the tiny Caribbean island of Barbados. The distillery was re-opened by the Seale family in 1996, distilling operations and blending are currently directed by Richard Seale, 4th Generation Trader/Distiller of R.L. Seale & Co.

Exceptional Cask Selections represent the unique, and rare offerings of Foursquare Rum Distillery that Richard has hand selected – his personal projects only released when he feels they are of exceptional quality. These are one of a kind expressions, available only for a limited time, and showcasing truly unique approaches to both Rum blending and maturation.

A blend of two distinct single blended rums, both 14 years of age. One aged 14 years, entirely in Ex-Bourbon Barrels, and a second double-maturation, aged 3 years in Ex-Bourbon barrels then 11 additional years in Ex-Sherry Casks. Bottled at 62% ABV – 124 Proof. No color, no sugar, no additives, no filtration.

Luxardo Marachino Liquor

Luxardo Maraschino Originale is still produced according to a special formula created by Girolamo Luxardo in 1821.

When Luxardo marasca cherries are harvested at the beginning of every summer, they are put in alcoholic infusion in larch-wood vats together with some leaves and branches of the same trees for up to three years. When ready, both the liquid and the solid parts are distilled in traditional copper pot stills, separating the heart from heads and tails. Only the heart of the distillate is then allowed to mature in ash-wood vats. The last process consists in transforming the distillate in liqueur by adding a simple syrup of water and sugar lowering the ABV to 32%. Crystal clear in color, the aroma is typical of marasca cherry distillate with strong alcohol spirit and roasted nuttiness, while the taste results smooth but sharp at the same time with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla and orange marmalade. The tall green bottle with its red cap is still hand-plaited in straw within the company, and resembles the Maraschino bottles produced in Zara in the early days, where the straw was placed in order to prevent damage during transportation. Luxardo Maraschino Originale can be enjoyed in many classic cocktails or neat as an after dinner drink. It is also ideal over fruits such as strawberries, pineapples, oranges etc. or as a flavor in confectionery and ice creams.

Prospero Reposado Tequila

Rum-Bar Jamaican White Overproof Rum

Rum-Bar White Overproof is a blend of three different unaged rums, all produced at the Worthy Park Estate. All of the rums are distilled in their 100% copper, double retort pot still manufactured in Scotland by Forsyths. In accordance with the CARICOM Rum Standard, Jamaican Excise Act, and Jamaica Rum GI, no additives are used in the blending of this rum.

Aroma: Freshly cut sweetness of sugar cane. Light grass, exotic fruits with fermented pineapple.
Tasting Notes: Ripened bananas, exotic fruits like papaya and passion fruit with hints of vegetal notes.

Rum-Bar Jamaican Silver Rum

Rum-Bar Silver is a blend of three of their unaged rums, with fermentation times of each rum ranging from 30 hours up to 3 weeks. All of the rums are distilled in their 100% copper, double-retort pot still manufactured in Scotland by Forsyths. In accordance with the CARICOM Rum Standard, Jamaican Excise Act, and Jamaica Rum GI, no additives are used in the blending of this rum.

Aroma: Slightly floral with citrus notes and eucalyptus.
Tasting Notes: Hints of supple coconut and light caramel, sweet vanilla cream, and subtle banana notes.

Rum-Bar Jamaican Rum Cream

Rum-Bar Rum Cream is made using real cream, blended with their flagship Rum-Bar Rum and select spices, producing a rich, velvety, and delicious rum cream. All of their rums are distilled in a 100% copper pot still specially designed for Worthy Park by the historic Forsyths company in Scotland. Enjoy chilled on the rocks, in your coffee or even over your favorite dessert.

Aroma: Rich milk chocolate with hints of vanilla and freshly roasted nuts.

Yamada Everlasting Roots Sake

Handcrafted and traditional sake with aromas of cocoa and clove, and notes of orange blossom and tangerine. The high polishing rate give this sake defined fruit and floral expression while still offering rich umami from the highly flavorful local hida-homare rice. Dry, lightly savory finish. This 900ml bottle is perfect for sharing and speaks to the old-fashioned culture within the brewery – to this day, 900ml is the smallest format that they produce.

Grade: Tokubetsu Junmai
Tasting Notes: Savory and rustic style with smoky, nutty aromas. Flavors of melon, orange, and clove spice.

Yuho Eternal Embers

Rich texture and bold umami flavors are expressed by Toji Miho-san's experimental brewing methods including 1 year of bottle aging. Eternal Embers is named for a local "river-crossing" festival wherein an ancient Japanese prince is reunited with his beloved princess. Torches are used to light the way to their joyous once-yearly reunion.

Grade: Junmai
Tasting Notes: Bread pudding aromatics of raisin, nut and fig. A major trademark of this Yuho sake is that there is lots of umami without being cloying. A great sake to try warmed as well as slightly chilled.

Gakkeikan Blueberry

Gekkeikan Blueberry sake is made from our proud Traditional Junmai infused with natural blueberry flavor.

Gakkeikan Nama

Gekkeikan Draft is a namasake. By definition, ‘nama’ means fresh and namasakes are characteristically fresher and livelier in style. Gekkeikan Draft is micro-filtered and bottled as soon as the fermentation process is complete, for a light, refreshing flavor.

Grade: Junmai, 14% ABV
