Albert Bichot Beaujolais
France

Albert Bichot owns four estates set at the heart of four great viticultural regions that make up Burgundy: Chablis, Cote de Nuits, Cote de Beaune and Cote Chalonnaise. Each estate consists of vineyards cultivated with sustainable practices, as well as facilities and teams devoted to the making and aging or the region's wines. In addition to this expertise as a wine-grower, Albert Bichot carefully sources grapes in order to vinify and age its “négoce” wines and therefore control quality as far as possible.

Gamay from Beaujolais, Burgundy, France ~ This Beaujolais has an attractive intense ruby red colour. Delectable, fresh and typical nose with notes of strawberry and candy. The mouth is refreshing, round and smooth on the palate. The finale is long, refreshing and remains on fruit.

Albert Bichot Chablis Domaine
France

Very pure nose that is typical of Chablis (white flowers, flint) opening up to a palate That boasts an elegant combination of almond balanced and lovely vivacity.

Keep it classic with this Chablis! Enjoy it's freshness as an aperitif or, with a meal, pair it with seafood or fish in order to appreciate it's richness.

Albert Bichot Chass Montachet
France

Located in central Burgundy, in the southern Côte de Beaune, the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation, along with Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, make up the prestigious "Côte des Blancs" which produces truly great white wines.

Lovely floral bouquet on the nose with aromas of hot croissant or brioche and candied lemon. Over time, the nose develops nuances of spice and roasted hazelnut. Bold yet elegant on the palate, this Chassagne-Montrachet is fleshy and well balanced. Long on the finish with gingerbread and floral notes.

Albert Bichot Cremant de Bourgogne
France

The variety of the grapes and the choice of their origins are the result of their constant search for balance. The Chardonnay brings tension, white flowers and minerality; the Pinot Noir brings fruit, density and vinosity.

This cuvee owes its originality to our savoir-faire, bringing together the vinosity of the base wines and the tension due to the light dosage of this Crémant Brut.

Fine, even bubbles. The nose boasts notes of citrus (lime, pink grapefruit) and white blossoms which pave the way for vivacity and freshness on the palate. Clean and precise with beautiful length.

Albert Bichot
Cremant de Bourgogne Rosé
France

Thanks to its subtle color and its aromatic profile, Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé is a "wine of pleasure"! The Pinot Noir offers delight and intense fruit aromas whereas the Chardonnay brings the floral notes and its freshness. The Gamay is the perfect additional touch, thanks to its crispness and liveliness.

Fine, even bubbles. Berries (blackcurrant, raspberry) on the nose with a touch of citrus, followed by a delectable palate bursting with vivacity and freshness.

Albert Bichot Meursault, Domaine du Pavillon
France

Located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, Meursault is one of the flagship villages and among the most reputed in Burgundy. In fact, Meursault is often referred to as the capital of Burgundy’s great whites. Aerial photos of the village town hall’s multi-coloured varnished roof tiles are world famous.

This white Meursault is bright, luminous straw yellow in color. The nose boasts a discrete touch of toast followed by elegant floral notes underpinned by fruity, light plum and pear aromas. The palate is powerful, well balanced and dense, with delicious flavours of brioche. The finish is long and very aromatic.

Albert Bichot Macon Villages Blanc
France

This vineyard is located in the Mâconnais region, in southern Burgundy, which differs from northern Burgundy, particularly because of its less harsh climate, but also its vineyards, which cover the hills and valleys of more than 80 villages.

The nose is fragrant with beautiful floral notes (acacia and honeysuckle) against a slightly mineral background. The palate is lively, fruity and floral with a refreshing finish.

Albert Bichot Savigny les Beaune
France

Savigny is a typical old Burgundian wine-producing village just north of Beaune. Today, the Savigny-lès-Beaune appellation is divided between the growing of both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes (85%). The topography, sometimes well defined as on either side of Rohin River, contribute not only to the typicity but also to the diversity of this wine. The grapes that go into this wine come primarily from the upper part of the slope.

This white Savigny-lès-Beaune is characterized by white flower aromas and subtle citrus notes. The palate is round, powerful, vivacious and harmonious.

Rotation Cellars

Firstly start with ripe juicy grapes from pedigree vineyards in and around the Napa. Mature them in lightly toasted oak for some time. Soon enough the next vintage is upon us, just as the season completes its rotation thru summer. The grapes from this young new vintage goes directly into stainless steel tanks, to extract the fresh flavors and vibrancy. By blending the perfect amounts of each vintage together they create wines that show both structure and body but also the freshness of the fruit.

This blending technique is traditionally reserved for small batch Estate grown wines, but they call it "The Art of the Vintage Rotation".

Rotation Cabernet Sauvignon
California

This wine opens with beautiful ripe red and black currants on the nose and a touch of smoke, the eight months in new French oak add a touch of vanilla and silkiness to the fruit forward palate. The Petite Sirah adds a bit of black pepper and black tea back bone to the structure of the wine; a beautiful example of prime 2016 fruit. 95% Cabernet Sauvignon 5% Petite Sirah

Rotation Red Blend
California

This majority Zinfandel blend is balanced by beautifully ripe Merlot and is rounded by Petit Syrah and Syrah, which reinforce the tannic backbone. Zinfandel is a favorite of the family; with the largest and oldest plots on the property dedicated to this superbly adept varietal. Find dark bramble fruit on the nose, with secondary aromas of black pepper and baking spice. The palate confirms the nose, matching bold bramble fruit up front, with a mix of black figs and black cherries for succulence. The fruit-forward front and mid-palate give way to a spicier and more savory finish. 55% Zinfandel, 25% Merlot, 10% Syrah, 10% Petite Sirah

Rotation Chardonnay
California

The 2016 entices with strong tropical aromatics on the nose that continue onto the palate. With restraint and refinement on our minds, we managed the fermentation at cooler temperatures to preserve the acidity and freshness. A minimal use ofFrench oak - only ten percent - adds just enough of the vanilla kiss to round out thisyear's selection. 95% Chardonnay, 5% Viognier

Rotation Rosé
California

Wafting a beautifully floral bouquet of budding roses, this Rhone varietal rosé entices from the first pour.
