A beautiful holiday wine, one of Steve’s favorites…. It is drinking very well right now.

Teeter-Totter Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
Napa Valley, California

With six 100-point wines under his belt, Teeter-Totter winemaker Benoit Touquette is not only at the top of his game, he’s at the top of Napa Valley. He was Andy Erickson’s right hand man at Screaming Eagle producing many 98-100 point wines! Benoit is also the protégé of the world’s top consulting winemaker Michel Rolland (himself no stranger to 100-point wines). All three were at the helm of Ovid producing their wines for some years. His “Fait-Main” label, which translates to “Hand-Crafted” is a 125 case production Cabernet based blend project.

The 2014 vintage is powerful, well-balanced, and boasting with fresh aromatics. Pops of blackberry, raspberry, and vanilla grab you first, followed by subtler notes of thyme, violet, & lavender. The smaller percentages of Bordeaux varietals create a juicy palate filled with impeccably balanced tannins. The well-structured, fruit-laden finish keeps you coming back for more. Almost 25%, combined, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Zinfandel, Merlot & Petit Verdot.

Klinker Brink Old Ghost Zinfandel
Lodi, California
Old Vine Zinfandel

Old Ghost represents the very best lots of old vine Zinfandel that they produce annually. For the past eight vintages, this wine has come from 90 plus-year-old vineyard blocks that produce minuscule yields that are less than one ton per acre.

The Old Ghost represents the best Zinfandel that Klinker Brick produces each year. Brambleberry fruit aromas intermingled with anise, clove and exotic spice, echo previous vintages. Smaller berries harvested from this vineyard block tend to offer more “skin to flesh,” providing a greater level of smooth yet firm tannin and structure to this wine.

Tasting Notes: Brambleberry fruit aromas intermingled with anise, clove and exotic spice, echo previous vintages. 92 Points Wine Enthusiast

Gobelsburg Cistercien Rosé

For the Cistercien Rosé, the Zweigelt, St. Laurent and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the cooler sites of Gobelsburg and Langenlois are used. After the harvest, the grapes – still with their stems – are softly pressed and then fermented. This type of rosé is somewhat similar to a white wine because no acid reduction is used to emphasis the fine fruity character with a streamlined elegance. Its fragrance and fruit nuances of wild cherry and fresh berries make this Rosé an optimal universal food companion.

Gouguenheim Malbec
Mendoza, Argentina

Made of 100% Malbec grapes, this wine's aging takes place during 4 months in French oak.

Tasting Notes: Bright dark red color with violet hints. Rich and strong aromas, including scents of ripe fruits, plums, black cherry, black currant, chocolates and violets. Well balanced acidity and a long finish. Good structure with soft tannins.

Guggenheim Malbec Bubbles
Sparkling Wine Rosé
Mendoza, Argentina

Made from 100% Malbec.

Tasting Notes: Delicate with red fruits aromas, predominantly of cherries and strawberries. Very fresh in the mouth, soft tones with equilibrated acidity. Small and brilliant bubbles.

Astoria Sparkling Moscato Rosé

This beautiful sweet sparkling Moscato Rosé has delicate perlage with bright transparency and is delicately pink in color. The bouquet is gentle with hints of fresh fruits and white flowers. Full bodied and dry. Alcohol Level:7%

These Beautiful Wines deserve a Special Mention ~

Sophora Sparkling Rosé
New Zealand

This sparkling Rosé made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir has an attractive pink blush color and luscious palate with a lasting, refreshing mousse. Delightful floral aromas and juicy red berry, cherry and pink grapefruit flavors with a balanced acidity and a creamy, decadent finish.

Pleasing and pink, what a combination! The Sophora Sparkling Rose is seriously good; shows tart strawberries in its flavors and a firm, well built palate. Dry, but not overtly acidic. This is one of New Zealand's best efforts. (Tasted: April 6, 2015, San Francisco, CA) ~ WW 89,

Sophora Cuvee
New Zealand

This Cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir has elegant aromas, is rich and full on the palate with a pleasant, lasting mousse. Sophora exhibits an array of ripe fruit flavors and vibrant citrus combined with delicate yeasty characters and a naturally balanced acidity to produce a luscious style of sparkling wine.

Texas Silver Star Gift Sets
Trinity River Distillery, Ft. Worth, Texas

Made with Texas rainwater collected at the distillery. This gift pack includes Texas Silver Star Whiskey and Texas Silver Star Texas Honey Whiskey with glasses.

Texas Silver Star Whiskey is produced at the distillery in Fort Worth and is aged to perfection in charred American white oak barrels.

Texas Silver Star Whiskey is golden amber in color, with aromas of caramel, delicate spice, and vanilla cream with a silky, fruity-yet-dry light-to-medium body and a gentle, drying praline and pepper finish. It is a pleasant and mellow sipper!

Texas Honey is aptly named because that's what they use; real Texas wildflower honey from the Texas Hill Country. It's like biting into a honeycomb except their honey comb bites back.

?It has robust aromas and flavors of exotic honeycomb, praline, and stewed fruits with a sweet, silky medium body and a pure, well balanced finish. It is excellent sipping neat, on the rocks, or as a great modifier in cocktails.

Old Camp Whiskey

From the boys of Florida Georgia Line... Tyler & BK pushed the envelope on this one – taking inspiration from their innovative fusion of country, rock, hip-hop and pop – to create a whiskey that’s truly unique.

Old Camp Whiskey, Peach Pecan

Made to be smooth & easy drinking. Old Camp is a Peach Pecan, easy drinking whiskey that doesn't sacrifice anything to be smooth. A little bit of Florida, a little bit of Georgia.

Woody Creek Distillers Vodka

Somewhere along the way, vodka became a spirit for peoplewho didn't want to taste what they were drinking. And other distillers have been all too happy to appease them. Making their vodka ever more devoid of taste and character, or by adding a litany of ridiculous flavors. But now there is Woody Creek potato vodka. Distilled once, because that's all it needs and available in only one flavor. Vodka. Woody Creek. The return of real vodka.

Handmade, batch distilled, distilled once.
