Le Coeur De La Reine Gamay

100% Gamay: From the Loire Valley of France, this delightful light red shows bright berries accented by a delicate spicy note.

Tasting Notes: Bright berry aromas dominate in this light bodied red. On the palate, ripe red fruit flavors (strawberry and raspberry especially) are accented by a delicate spicy note. Smooth and mellow, delicious with just a bit of a chill.

Le Coeur De La Reine Sauvignon

100% Sauvignon Blanc: From the Loire Valley of France. These vines average 30 years in age and are meticulously tended by the family. Short-cane pruning, selective ploughing, spring de-budding, deleafing, grass cover throughout the vineyard and green harvest practices all lend to limited yields and best quality fruit at harvest.

Tasting Notes: The nose offers an intense “fruit basket” dominated by citrus scents with a note of black currant bud. In the mouth, all is suppleness and elegance. The final spicy note emphasizes the freshness and the generous length of this Touraine Sauvignon.

Milou Chardonnay

From the South of France, viticulture in the Languedoc wines can be traced to the fifth century BC, when the early Greeks planted vineyards along the coast near Narbonne. The Vin de Pays d’Oc wine region stretches from the Mediterranean coast to the Cévenole hills and the Rhône Delta to the Pyrénées and shares many terrain and climate characteristics with the neighboring regions of Southern Rhône and Provence. The Mediterranean climate and soils are conducive to growing a wide variety of high quality grapes, offering a treasure trove of beautiful wines.

100% Chardonnay: Grown on the plateau of Aspères, on marl soils with clay and limestone, much like those found in Chablis - extraordinary terroir and maritime influence.

Milou Chardonnay strikes a perfect balance with rich white peach & pineapple fruit flavors, zippy citrus notes of lemon zest, a streak of minerality, and satisfying length and finish.

Milou Rouge

Blend: 60% Syrah & 40% Grenache: The Milou Rouge is sourced from 50+ year old vines from vineyards surrounding the village of Sommières, with soils dominated by marls with a high content of clay and limestone. The Syrah parcel is farmed 100% organically.

Tasting Notes: Dip your nose into a glass of Milou Rouge and you’ll find ripe black cherry and huckleberry notes, supported by hints of espresso and spice. Milou is a versatile and stylish guest at any dinner table.

AIX Rosé

From the renowned appellation 'AOP Coteaux d'Aix en Provence', AIX nurtures its heritage and has a passion and dedication to make the best Provence rosé.

A fragrant and well balanced wine, AIX's hypnotising salmon pink color reveals a fruity freshness and premium rosé. The nose is fresh and fragrant, delicate yet youthful and offers classy notes of watermelon, strawberries and flowers. Created using 30% of rosé bleeding and 70% direct pressing, the softest hint of Carignan was added to the classical Provence blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault to give it an even more profound depth. Fermented between a cool 11 and 13 degrees Celsius, AIX Rosé is elegant, generous and tasty and the perfect wine for every day.

Jaboulet Ventoux Rouge les Traverses

40+ year old vines ~ Located east of Avignon and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Côtes du Ventoux appellation is known to produce red wines of excellent value. This is a cuvée from Paul Jaboulet Aîné, one of the most prestigious winemakers in the Rhône.

A lovely wine boasting fresh aromas of red fruit, spices and cedar. Palate is lively with fine tannins in the background. Nothing over-complicated, just a great pick from this up-coming region.

Jaboulet Centoux Viognier Secret de Famille

5+ year old vines on average ~ Sourced exclusively from 2 family farms that are increasingly practicing sustainable farming. Sourced mainly from the right bank of the Rhône River.

100% Viognier ~ Blocked malo, aged entirely in stainless tanks. Vibrant, mineral-accented aromas of Meyer lemon, green apple and white peach. Silky, seamless and focused on the palate, offering juicy citrus flavors that are complemented by subtle floral notes.

Pride Mountain Chardonnay
Napa Valley, California

The 2015 vintage is the fourth in a series of warm dry years that have produced excellent wines in California and the 2015 Chardonnay is a textbook example. Grapes from three different vineyard blocks were picked on August 21st, 22nd and 27th, the earliest harvest dates of the last ten years, fermented separately in French oak (25% new) and allowed a partial malolactic fermentation of about 30%. Lees stirring was done for eight weeks following fermentation, and aging on the lees was done for an additional six months, for a total of nine months in barrel. The wines were then racked off their lees and allowed to marry in tank for one month prior to bottling.

The finished wine has complex aromas of acacia flower, ripe pear, orange blossom, verbena, ginger and white pepper. On the palate, the fruit and mineral flavors mingle nicely with the enticing acidic verve to provide a refreshing wine experience. Wine Enthusiast 2017 90 Pts.

1000 Stories Gold Rush Red

The California Gold Rush was a period of courage, bravado and curiosity. It was with these characteristics in mind that they crafted Gold Rush Red. Grapes chosen from the golden hills and valleys of California were blended to create this bold, adventurous testament to that intrepid spirit.

Parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel form the backbone of this wine. Petite Sirah and Merlot were then meticulously selected to add complexity to this intense blend.

Each lot began its journey in traditional French and American wine barrels. Then, in true 1000 Stories fashion, winemaker Bob Blue divided the blend, finishing it in a combination of new and used bourbon barrels. The result is a signature 1000 Stories profile: a bold wine with intriguing notes of dried herbs, charred vanilla and a pleasant hint of smoke.

Byron Chardonnay

Byron was founded in 1984 in Santa Barbara. Under winemaker Jonathan Nagy's watchful eye Byron produces spectacularly rich and exotic Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from the Nielson Vineyard and other premier sites in Santa Barbara County. The region once deemed “too cold and inhospitable” is now widely regarded as one of America’s greatest AVAs.

Fleshy fruits of white peach and guava and fragrant white flowers trend tropical on the nose of this bottling, but are cut by green apple and citrus skin flavors. The palate is broad with guava cream, apple blossoms, mango and lime chiffon flavors. Quite tasty, but very tropical. 88 Points Wine Enthusiast

19 Crimes Pinot Noir

As pioneers in a frontier penal colony, they forged a new country and new lives, brick by brick. This wine celebrates the rules they broke and the culture they built. The Banished is a blend that is brooding with richness. Like the wine rations served on convict ships, every sip deserves to be savored.Nineteen crimes turned criminals into colonists. Upon conviction British rogues guilty of a least one of the 19 crimes were sentenced to live in Australia, rather than death. This punishment by transportation began in 1783 and many of the lawless died at sea. For the rough-hewn prisoners who made it to shore, a new world awaited.

This Pinot bears the same traits as those banished to Australia. Defiant by nature, bold in character.

Lamarca Prosecco Laminore

La Marca Prosecco is a fresh sparkling wine with a vibrant bouquet of apple, white peach and honeysuckle. The soft, harmonious fruity notes highlighted by pleasant acidity make this wine ideal for any occasion.

La Marca Prosecco displays a pale, golden straw color, with a lively effervescence. It opens with aromas of fresh citrus, honey and white flowers. The palate is fresh and clean, with ripe lemon, green apple and grapefruit flavors, framed by mineral undertones. The finish is light, refreshing and crisp. La Marca Prosecco has the charm to stand alone as an aperitif, but it also has the body and the acidity to matchwell with a range of fragrant and spicy dishes. Try it with seafood, mild cheeses, tomato-rich recipes, or fruit-based desserts.

Stone Brewing Woot Stout in 6 pack btls, limited time
Imperial Stout

In 2013, Stone's CEO and co-founder, Greg Koch, invited two respected fans of craft beer, brewing and all things Stone to develop an intense, inventive beer capable of not only delivering immense flavor, but also serving as a fitting, singular celebration of über-level enthusiasm. Self-proclaimed geeks in a number of arenas, the duo of thespian and renaissance man Wil Wheaton and online news guru Drew Curtis proved up to the challenge, calling on their personal backgrounds to devise an imperial stout brewed with flaked rye, wheat and pecans that was partially aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Shortly after being released, this creation—dubbed “w00tstout” in honor of w00tstock, Wil’s annual tribute festival to cross-genre geekdom—became an instant cult classic.

So, despite the fact that Greg spent the first half of 2014 on an international walkabout-style sabbatical, Wil and Drew were invited back to Stone to put a new spin on this threesome-borne beauty. All they needed was a third conspirator, and for that, they called on friend and fellow geek, Aisha Tyler. An actress, talk show host, comedian and author with a flair for individuality, she brought an entire new dimension to the brew day, just as the stone-ground chocolate the trio added to the original w00tstout recipe added delicious depth to the beer. Also brought in to put a personalized stamp on this year’s edition of w00tstout was famed comic artist Dave Gibbons.Definitely a group effort. 13.5% ABV, 65 IBUs

Rogue Beer Marionberry Sour

July brings their new violet-hued sour ale, Marionberry Sour.

What is a marionberry you might ask? Marionberries are a bigger, juicier and more flavorful variety of blackberry. They were originally developed by Oregon State University researchers in 1956, just miles from Rogue Farms in Independence, Oregon.

Marionberry Sour is their first sour made with all farm ingredients and a wonderful addition to Rogue Farms family. “We made Marionberry Sour this year because it celebrates the delicious berry we love so much,” says Rogue Brewmaster John Maier. “I’m constantly inspired to brew new beers based on the crops we grow at the farm. They come to the brewery at peak ripeness and I always know exactly how the crops were treated when I get them. That quality matters.” 6.5% ABV, 5 IBUs

Clown Shoes Pineapple Space Cake

"Why are Miracle Mike and his dog, Bionic, being chased by many evil laser beam shooting cupackes and two giant layer cake mother ships? Because we’re straight up lunatic fools? Well, maybe, but with a few brain cells remaining we managed to craft Space Cake double IPA, utilizing citrusy Mosaic hops and an immaculate West Coast style malt backbone. Dude… chill out. Enjoy some Space Cake." 9% ABV

Tanqueray Malacca Gin

Tanqueray Malacca is a sweeter gin with less juniper emphasis and more citrus than the classic style. Originally introduced in the late 1990s, Malacca was discontinued after a short lifespan but has been resurrected after gradually assuming cult status among cocktail revivalist bartenders as a good substitute for the original Old Tom styles of gin.

Barr Hill Vodka

Barr Hill Vodka is a tribute to the hardworking beekeepers. In late summer, Bar Hill takes delivery of hundreds of barrels of their pure raw honey. Their season’s work is what makes Bar Hill vodka truly special. The recipe depends on two simple principles: they never heat the honey prior to fermentation and they never distill more than twice. Thier technique preserves the wild yeast and the rich aromatics of nectar - delivering the floral depth of wildflower fields straight to your glass.
