Raptor Ridge Winery.....
Gran Moraine Chardonnay
Willamette Valley, Oregon
Notes from Raptor Ridge: We’ve always loved white Burgundy. In the past decade, we have witnessed Chardonnay growers in the Willamette Valley gaining knowledge and expertise farming Chardonnay in Oregon’s climate and soils. We decided it was time to get back to producing limited quantities of one of our favorite styles and varietals of white wine.
Our Chardonnay is a Vineyard designated Dijon Clone 76 hailing from 210-acre Gran Moraine Vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. This balanced wine was barrel fermented, with just 10% new oak, the remainder neutral. To create a creamy, round texture. The resulting wine has a creamy and round texture and mouthfeel, yet is still very clean and crisp, focused on the ripe citrus spectrum.

Gran Moraine Estate Pinot
Willamette Valley, Oregon
Heading west from Carlton on the valley floor, Meadowlake Road gradually ascends into the Coast Range, where it tracks the Nestucca River through coniferous rainforest to the Pacific Ocean. The foothills here contain one of the larger vineyard designates in Yamhill-Carlton, the 210-acre Gran Moraine Vineyard. Planted in 2005 by Pacific Partners, in conjunction with CALPERS (California Public Employees Retirement System), Gran Moraine climbs from 180 to 420 feet, and is planted to both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Well-drained, ancient Willakenzie and Hazelair soils are aided by state-of-the-art vineyard management, and produce classically-styled red-fruited wines, with hints of bittersweet chocolate and baking spice. Since 2009 Raptor Ridge has sourced clones 114, 667 and Pommard from mid-slope blocks, as well as those at the top of the hill.
The wine was matured 9 months if French oak barrels, with an overall new oak impact of 27%.
Shea Vineyard Pinot Noir
Willamette Valley, Oregon
Raptor Ridge’s working history with this vineyard extends back to the earliest days of our winery, when, in 1996, Scott began sourcing ungrafted Pommard from Block 1. Raptor Ridge presently draws its fruit from Block 11, midway up the East Hill, planted with clones 115 and 777 on 4409 rootstock. The structure of Shea usually permits long-term aging.
Le Crèma Rose
The embodiment of spring, La Crèma Rose is such a beautiful and delicious wine, perfect for an Easter table. Aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and hints of fresh citrus. Flavors of fresh red berries, watermelon and mandarin orange are complemented by undertones of minerality. Delicate, crisp and vibrant.
Blind Luck Winery
Liquor World now offers new fun wines from Blink Luck Winery from our neighbors in Cookson, OK.
Oklahoma wineries produce a variety of wines from standard wine grapes. A few Oklahoma wineries have experimented with non-traditional fruits and peppers in making wine. Oklahoma has only one winery which produces ice wine. Oklahoma's wineries are scattered throughout the state, with a majority of them located in Green Country in northeast Oklahoma. Oklahoma has one designated American Viticultural Area, the Ozark Mountain AVA.

Cuttings, Prisoner's Cabernet Sauvignon, is a unique and special blend. It combines the richness, complexity and depth of hillside Cabernet Sauvignon with the structure and intensity of Petite Sirah and Syrah. The label, a photograph of grapevines, is inspired by the age-old method of using cuttings from a vineyard to propagate new vines.

Liquor World carries Kosher wines from Psagot Winery in Israel
While the first bottles of Psagot Wine were introduced in 2002, the winery makes use of facilities that date to antiquity. Psagot Wine is aged in a special cave containing winemaking implements that date to at least the time of the Second Temple. The combination of ancient tradition and sophisticated technology adds to the allure and mystique of this boutique winemaker. The local vineyards yield a distinctively mineral-tasting grape, which surprises and delights the palate. All Psagot Wine labels bear the image of the ancient cave now used as the aging room, a reminder of the long tradition and hard work that bring this heavenly bottle to your table.
We also carry Kosher wines from Carmel Winery in Israel
Carmel Winery is the historic winery of Israel. It was founded in 1882 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild, owner of Chteau Lafite in Bordeaux. Carmel owns the two largest wineries in Israel, at Rishon Le Zion, south of Tel Aviv and at Zichron Yaacov, south of Haifa. Each has deep underground cellars built by Rothschild in the 19th century.
The story of Carmel represents the story of Israel, and the recent developments of Carmels wines, symbolizes the revolution of Israeli wine in recent years.

Stone Tangerine Express IPA
A tropical India Pale Ale packed with whole tangerine & pineapple
Note from Stone: This ain’t no just-add-juice approach. This one is for adults. We use bountiful whole tangerine purée, which brings pithy, crisp bitterness to the citrus flavor. In addition to the complexities of the tangerine — the likes of which you can only get by using the whole fruit — we judiciously employ just a hint of whole pineapple for a backnote (you’d likely not even pick it out of the mix if we didn’t tell you it was there). We’re not looking for a sweet concoction to appease the “I want my beer to taste like fruit juice” crowd. This is Stone. 6.7% ABV, 75 IBUs

Combier Orange Liqueur
All natural ingredients, 80 proof, triple distilled. The original “triple sec”
“Comparing Combier to conventional triple sec is like comparing a Monet to a kid’s finger painting.” - Tasting Panel
Original Combier, the world’s first triple sec, is made according to the exact specifications of a proprietary recipe created in Saumur, France in 1834 by Jean-Baptiste Combier and his wife Josephine. Over the years, many have attempted to imitate the authentic taste of Original Combier using synthetic flavoring, shortcuts in the production and distillation process, or alterations in alcohol content – all to no avail.
The bright, citrus flavor, clear character and smooth finish of Original Combier is unparalleled, a testament to the painstaking process and strict traditions that still go into making each bottle today.
Original Combier is best enjoyed by itself over fresh ice or in any classic or modern cocktail that calls for triple sec or orange liqueur.

Boar Creek Appalachian Whiskey
Boar Creek is a small distillery up in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Theye seek to make truly unique whiskies that don't require years in a barrel to be good.
Note from brewer: In the early 1900's, my great grandfather, Cicero Dick Guynn, started making whiskey, just to keep food on the table. As it turns out, he made some of the finest whiskey in the country. He took great care and pride in this, and did quite well with it. Now, a century later, it's time to bring the family recipe to the world. We have a 9 ingredient mash bill, using 100% Appalachian grown products, and our stills are made just how Cicero Dick made them. Our whiskey only age 3 weeks, but that's all it needs. At Boar Creek Appalachian Whiskey, we make our liquor fast, and we make it good. It may be hard to believe, but if you'll come down, you'll find that, much like livin' down here, once you give it a try, you may not want to do anything else.
